\r\n\r\n You can associate your family members to your\r\n profile as sub-users to request online\r\n appointments or surgeries/treatments for\r\n them. \r\n

\r\n\r\n Can I book an online appointment and pay later? \r\n
\r\n\r\n You can book your online appointment and pay\r\n later. We hold the online appointment with\r\n the “ pay later” option for 4 hours. In case\r\n payment is not carried out within the following 4\r\n hours, the appointment is released and can be\r\n booked by another patient. \r\n

\r\n\r\n Can I share the medical reports, tests and analysis\r\n with the doctor without uploading them at the time of\r\n booking? \r\n
\r\n\r\n The doctor will look into your medical reports,\r\n analysis, tests or any attached document before\r\n the time of the consultation to save time during\r\n the video-call. \r\n
\r\n\r\n In case the doctor needs to revert back to any of\r\n those documents, he can access them through your\r\n medical history with him/her. \r\n
\r\n\r\n Sharing the document will jeopardize the\r\n appropriate cycle of the evaluation and diagnosis\r\n of the doctor. \r\n

\r\n\r\n During your online appointment, your doctor will\r\n evaluate the need of a follow up appointment and\r\n will inform the approximate date. \r\n
\r\n\r\n The doctor will request from his access an online\r\n appointment for you and you will receive a\r\n notification on your profile to book the next\r\n online appointment with the same doctor \r\n
\r\n\r\n You can go to “repeat online\r\n consultation”, choose the line of the\r\n consumed online appointment and it will take you\r\n to the calendar of the same doctor to book the\r\n follow-up appointment \r\n

\r\n\r\n In case you know the type of surgery to be\r\n performed, you need to go to hospitals, insert\r\n your specialty and surgery type you wish to\r\n book. \r\n

\r\n\r\n In case you have a local doctor’s medical\r\n report with the indicated surgery type, you can\r\n proceed to book. \r\n

\r\n\r\n Why do I pay the processing fee for my surgery and is\r\n it refundable? \r\n
\r\n\r\n The processing fee is the fee paid for the\r\n organization and coordination with the hospital,\r\n doctors, needed translations of your documents as\r\n well as the confirmation of the desired\r\n date. \r\n
\r\n\r\n In case the surgery is not accepted by the\r\n hospital or you wish to cancel the surgery, we\r\n refund you the amount paid deducting the paper\r\n work and organization fees. \r\n
